I am a Polish native who spent over 25 years in Poland before building a life in the UK, where I've now lived for more than two decades. This dual perspective gives me a practical understanding of both cultures—not just in theory, but through lived experience.

Along the way, I've also spent time in the United States and built a family with my wife from India, which has further shaped my cross-cultural perspective and ability to navigate different environments with ease.

My journey hasn't been conventional. I arrived in the UK when the EU opened its doors with just £500 and no job lined up. That experience taught me resilience, adaptability, and what it really means to start from zero in a new country.

With over 20 years of experience as a professional and entrepreneur, I bring a grounded, real-world perspective to relocation. I understand what it takes not just to move, but to build a life, integrate, and succeed abroad.

Today, I help others do the same—offering guidance that is practical, honest, and based on lived experience, not theory.

For over 20 years, I've worked across more than 30 countries in Europe, leading projects, building teams, and driving growth in international environments. This experience has taught me how to navigate different markets, cultures, and ways of working — and how to turn complexity into something that actually functions.

Having spent substantial time in the UK, Italy, Germany, and Portugal, as well as in different parts of Poland, I understand relocation from a practical perspective — not just as a move, but as a process of adapting, settling in, and making everyday life work.

Today, I'm based in Poland, where I combine this international experience with a hands-on, entrepreneurial approach. At Move2Poland, I focus on building and scaling the business locally, covering growth, operations, and client experience.

My role is to ensure that everything we offer is not only well designed, but also works seamlessly in reality — so that relocating to Poland is clear, structured, and genuinely manageable.
