By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Definitions
- Services: All products, consultations, courses, and experiences offered by Move2poland.co

- Digital Products: Guides, courses, and downloadable materials
- Client: Any user or purchaser of our Services
Scope of Services
We provide educational and advisory services related to relocating to Poland.
We do NOT provide:
- Legal advice
- Tax or financial advice
- Job placement or housing services
- Guarantees of outcomes
You are responsible for verifying all information with official sources.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services.
Service-Specific Terms
4.1 Digital Products
- Non-refundable after purchase
- Personal use only (no sharing or resale)
- Access may be revoked if unused for 12 months
4.2 Discovery Call
- Duration: 30 minutes (unless otherwise agreed)
- Conducted via Zoom (or similar platform)
Rescheduling: You may reschedule your call with at least 48 hours’ notice before the scheduled time.
Refund policy:
- You may cancel and receive a full refund if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled call time
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable
- Failure to attend the call without notice will result in forfeiture of the service without refund
4.3 Poland Orientation Experience
- Separate detailed terms and conditions will be provided upon booking
- Location: Major Polish city (confirmed upon booking)
Inclusions may include:
- Guided city and neighbourhood tours
- Local insights and orientation support
- Introductions to relevant communities or services
Exclusions:
- Travel, accommodation, and personal expenses (unless explicitly stated)
- Visa or legal services
Cancellation Policy:
- More than 30 days before start date: Full refund minus 10% administrative fee
- 15–30 days before start date: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before start date: No refund
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full refund or reschedule option will be offered.
Payments and Refunds
- All payments are processed via Stripe or bank transfer
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed
Refund Summary:
- Digital Products: Non-refundable
- Discovery Call: Refundable only if cancelled at least 48 hours in advance
- Orientation Experience: Subject to Section 4.3
- If we cancel a service: Full refund provided
Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Comply with all applicable laws
- Attend scheduled services
- Not share, resell, or misuse our materials
You are responsible for:
- Visa and legal requirements
- Housing, employment, and relocation logistics
- Any consequences resulting from incorrect or incomplete information
Disclaimers and Liability
We provide informational and advisory services only.
We do not guarantee:
- Visa approval
- Employment
- Successful relocation outcomes
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service
Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control, including but not limited to government actions, travel restrictions, technical failures, or natural events.
Intellectual Property
All content is owned by Move2poland.co and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute materials
- Share access to digital products
- Use content for commercial purposes
Violation may result in termination and potential legal action.
Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including UK GDPR.
Third-Party Services
We may recommend third-party providers. These are independent services, and we are not responsible for their performance or outcomes.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Provide false or misleading information
- Misuse our services
We may retain necessary data where required by law.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
General
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
